Sleeping up to 2 guests only, in a ground floor double bedroom along with up to 3 pets. The living area is fully furnished with real oak wood floors and comfortable leather sofas. This holiday property is modern with very generously sized lounge with leather sofas and chair, it has plenty of space to relax together with a glass of wine or to enjoy the wall-mounted flat screen television with DVD player.

The kitchen and dining room in this luxury holiday rental property is also well-appointed and spacious with a large work surface area for food preparation, fully integrated appliances and all the normal accessories including a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and an electric fan oven. The kitchen is also stocked with high quality utensils and matching white porcelain crockery.

You can take your meals together on the oak dining table with leather dining chairs, there is also a breakfast bar and a couple of stools for more informal dining.

The bedroom has a luxury hotel quality pocket sprung double bed (4ft 6in wide) which will offer you a lovely restful night’s sleep, and an adjoining ensuite shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The bedroom is carpeted and also has its own wall mounted flat screen television. A travel cot is available on request, but this will placed in the living or dining areas adjacent to the double bedroom.

When Katie’s Corner is let as a 2 person ground floor only property, there will be no access to the upstairs bedrooms or bathroom, but we can confirm that the upsatirs rooms will remain unoccupied during your stay.
