Maggie’s Mews is a modern pet friendly self-catering holiday cottage with open plan living areas and two bedrooms sleeping 4 people and up to 2 pets, making it perfect for families, friends or couples looking for a top-quality spacious holiday let in the Lincolnshire Wolds near Horncastle.
It has an entrance hallway leading to the superb open plan living area with comfortable leather sofas with real oak flooring and coffee tables and a quality equipped fitted modern kitchen with large worktops and integrated appliances, plus a solid oak dining table and chairs.
The spacious Master bedroom is upstairs, on the first floor, and is an impressive room with a superb super-king size 6ft wide double bed and solid oak furnishings, and a ground floor bedroom has twin single beds, both bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities with separate showers and WC, the master bedrooms en-suite, also has a superb and relaxing double ended whirlpool spa bath.
Maggie’s Mews also offers gorgeous panoramic views of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds countryside from its windows, which make Maggie’s Mews self-catering cottage very special indeed, and one of our most popular holiday cottages.

Maggie’s Mews really does offer some of the very best pet friendly self-catering holiday accommodation in Lincolnshire Wolds near the market town of Horncastle and is perfectly place for exploring the wider county of Lincolnshire.
Nearby, you can visit the traditionally ‘English’ market towns of Horncastle, Spilsby and Louth, which all offer a variety of interesting and unique independent privately owned shops.

On the first floor upstairs, the Master bedroom is carpeted, very spacious with great views and has a superb super-king size double bed (6ft wide).
The second bedroom is on the ground floor is also carpeted, with twin single beds (3ft wide).
All beds have luxury comfortable top-quality pocket sprung mattresses.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with hanging and shelves, oak chest of drawers and dressing table, oak bedside drawers, mirrors and TV’s.
Luxury high thread count white Egyptian cotton bed linen, duvet and pillows is also provided.
High-definition wall mounted TV’s in lounge and bedrooms offering FreeView or FreeSat TV plus radio channels, and wall mounted DVD player.

Free for all guests, our complimentary Greetham Wi-Fi, covers all our self-catering holiday accommodation, plus the 4 acre grounds and pitches on our Caravan and Motorhome Club CL site.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are most welcome. Please enquire about other pets.
We do charge an addtional £30 per pet per stay.
Accommodation has full central heating, fully double-glazed, open all year. May be booked with any of our other cottages for larger families or groups.

The 4 acres of natural countrypark grounds offer a unique special feature for all guests staying at Greetham Retreat.
With wildlife ponds, wildflower meadows, woodland, mown grass paths and seating areas providing a unique setting with great panoramic views and attracting much local wildlife. They’re ideal for those interested in nature, conservation or wildlife photography…
All guests are welcome to use our BBQ area, designed for use with disposable BBQs. While you’re there, play with our giant outdoor chess and draughts!
There are seating areas around the grounds for all guests to use. Cottage guests also have direct access to a part enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs, which is a real suntrap!..
We can supply a selection of mobility aids in all cottages, to help your stay be more comfortable…
We have grab handles, shower stool, raised toilet seat, toilet frame, elephants feet (sofa raisers) all available free of charge. Just let us know what you need when booking…
