It exudes charm with its oak floors, original exposed wooden roof beams, and high vaulted ceilings. Its roomy open plan living area is decorated in a fresh and modern style.

This one bedroom holiday cottage provides a relaxing bolthole and getaway for couples with or without pets, up to 2 pets permitted, and all our self-catering holiday cottages are situated within over 4 acres of private natural parkland grounds for your recreation and enjoyment and is also located in beautiful open countryside in the heart of Lincolnshire and the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB).

The living area is the most spacious of all the one bedroom holiday properties here at Greetham Retreat and as such, Wendy’s Wing is our most popular cottage with many returning guests, who enjoy the roomy and light airy feel, which is helped by its high ceilings with original beams and additional light via it’s skylight windows. It is furnished with real leather sofas, wall mounted HD TV, an oak wood dining table with two chairs and has a full fitted and equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.

The bedroom has luxury hotel quality pocket sprung, zip & link beds, which will offer you a lovely restful night’s sleep. They can be set up as either a super-king size double bed (6ft wide), or as two adult-sized single beds (3ft wide). – We normally set up the bedroom with a super-king size double bed, if you prefer the twin bed option please let us know when booking? The bedroom also has a flat screen wall mounted television.

Directly off the bedroom is a fully tiled, luxury ensuite wet room with non-slip floor, shower, hand basin and toilet. This spacious wet room is ideal for those who enjoy a shower without the constraints of an enclosure.

This holiday cottage is all on one ground floor level with level access (no steps at front door) and has wider internal doors, making it suitable for accompanied wheelchair users or those with mobility restrictions. We can also supply and provide several mobility aids to help make your stay more comfortable, just let us know what you may need when booking. Accessible parking is also situated right next to this self-catering accommodation.

As Wendy’s Wing is also pet friendly, we welcome up to two well-behaved dogs or other pets. We know from experience that your pets will also love their holiday, alongside you, here in the Lincolnshire Wolds at Greetham Retreat, as there are many pet friendly attractions and eateries nearby for you all to enjoy together.
