If you are looking for a place where your dogs or cats do not get freaked out by big bangs and dazzling firework displays right over their head on Bonfire Night, or during the Diwali celebrations and New Year’s Eve Celebrations?   Then please join us at Greetham Retreat Holidays in the heart of the rural Lincolnshire Wolds.

No Fireworks at Greetham Retreat Holiday cottages or CL caravan site in the tranquil relaxing Lincolnshire Wolds…

Most of our guests bring dogs or other pets, as we do not allow any fireworks at Greetham Retreat or within our extensive 4 acres of private parkland grounds.

Our five self-catering holiday cottages and small 5 van touring caravan site are situated in a very rural area with no near neighbours the closest town, Horncastle is over 3 miles away, so Greetham Retreat is the place for your perfect escape, if your dog doesn’t like fireworks, and you don’t want to take the risk of them scared in the first place!

Greetham Retreat offers its Fireworks Free Zone to prevent distress to local wildlife, livestock and all pets staying with us.

So please consider booking a short break getaway (minimum of 3 nights or more) in one of our luxury self-catering holiday cottages or book a pitch (minimum of 4 nights or more) on our exclusive members only, Caravan and Motorhome Club CL touring site during the fireworks season of late October, November and December, to escape the distress and upset those fireworks cause to many, including our four-legged friends, and book your staycation, short break or longer holiday here at Greetham Retreat.

Due to a cancellation, we now have Katie’s Corner self-catering holiday cottage available over the Bonfire Night period 2024 and we also have some pitches still available on our CL site.
