We offer discounted rental prices for winter lets and short-term flexible lets in our fully furnished Lincolnshire self catering holiday cottages here at Greetham Retreat during the low season winter months from November to March each year, but may also be available at other times of the year, subject to availability and other bookings.

Conveniently located centrally in Lincolnshire being on a winter gritting route just 2 minutes off the main A158 Horncastle to Skegness road and only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Horncastle, 15 minutes from Louth and Lincoln is just a 35 minute drive away.

Ideal, if you are in between homes, your house is being renovated, need to break a house chain, relocating to Lincolnshire, must get out of your holiday home, static caravan or lodge for a month or so, due to planning restrictions or site closure, waiting to emigrate and for many other reasons the flexible terms suit many people, and the process is so simple.

• Wide choice of  1 bedroom properties and most are pet friendly too, great for single people or couples.
• All are comfortable, fully furnished and very well equipped with everything that you will need.
• Top quality luxury self-catering holiday cottages, they have all been inspected VisitEngland and were awarded 4 Stars and the Gold Award for excellence and exceptional quality.

• Pets welcome in most cottages with prior approval.  However, Laura’s Loft is always kept pet free.
• The Discounted winter let prices are only available for guests who stay for a minimum of 6 weeks or more, and they must also use their own bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels.  They must also agree to clean and keep the accommodation in a tidy condition.
• Our normal self-catering holiday Terms and Conditions will also apply to all winter lets and flexible short-term lets.
